WHAT: To celebrate the official 1 year anniversary of CupcakeStop, owner Lev Ekster will give out 100 cupcakes and CupcakeStop t-shirts to the 1st in line beginning at 12pm at the truck’s new South Street Seaport location. Fugees star Pras will also be on-hand to announce the launch of a specialty line of cupcakes to benefit Haitian relief efforts with the gourmet cupcake truck on wheels.
